I am a real estate investor in the Greenville, SC area. I also run a blog to bring together buyers, seller and lenders for large real estate projects such as 5 star hotels, casinos, mines, precious stones, skyscrapers, triple-net properties, marinas, ports, etc.

Products & Services

I purchase houses from sellers who need to sell fast.  Often these homes need repairs.  After I repair the homes, I then sell them to new home buyers, helping out first time home buyers to purchase their first home.  Others I keep as rental houses.

I am currently investing in the Greenville, Anderson and Spartanburg areas of South Carolina.
