Prior to joining the Funding Management Group, Cynthia Joffrion completed her undergraduate and post-graduate diploma programs at the University of Texas ? Houston and began her career in teaching. Over the following twenty-three years, Joffrion continued to build leadership and experience within the education industry. She excelled as an instructional coordinator, school superintendent and state instructional technology director.
