My career has been focused on technology marketing. At Raytheon Data Systems (RDS) I supervised the media department, creating programs for the diverse technology groups in hardware and software, serving a wide array of verticals such as the airline industry, insurance and telecommunications. Leaving RDS, I acquired a great deal of discipline as a contract consultant for such diverse companies as Computerworld/IDG, Davox, Bose, Mitre, Cape Dory Yachts, Datamarine and many other companies. On the cusp of the internet boom I worked for PC Connection as their electronic marketing coordinator. At Convergent Media I served as project manager on a variety of projects, working with a talented team of artists, writers, programmers, and program managers to produce cutting edge media. I was privileged to manage the launch of two software products for Hitachi Computer Systems, and now am Vice President of marketing for the Object Management Group, where I manage a vast array of marketing projects in very diverse fields such as healthcare, transportation, robotics, finance and insurance. Involvement includes the launch and marketing of the SOA Consortium, as well as the BPM Roundtable group.
