In the commercial and civil litigation field the firm centers on banking claims, complex commercial claims, including freeze of proceedings, rehabilitation, receivership, liquidations and bankruptcies, estate management, labor court proceedings (representing employers and employees and counseling companies), defamation, commercial wrongs and international disputes. The firm also operates a debt collection department, including receivership proceedings.
In the criminal field the firm centers on white collar crimes, employment of aliens, antitrust, securities, money laundering and tax offences.
