I have worked in a service related industry for fifteen years (all of it in some form of sales or management capacity). The last eleven years of my life have been in the Construction Equipment Industry, my ultimate passion. Through this career I have had the opportunity to meet many fantastic people, probe into the causes of retention issues, hiring problems, and overall lack of quality in some organizations. In five years we had two turnovers, one who moved and the other who started his own successful mobile mechanic business.
