I have worked in a service related industry for fifteen years (all of it in some form of sales or management capacity). The last eleven years of my life have been in the Construction Equipment Industry, my ultimate passion. Through this career I have had the opportunity to meet many fantastic people, probe into the causes of retention issues, hiring problems, and overall lack of quality in some organizations. It all comes down to ensuring that you have the right team in place with no weak links. I worked for an organization for many years that had the perfect team, no weak links. In five years we had two turnovers, one who moved and the other who started his own successful mobile mechanic business. It is this kind of teambuilding experience I am bringing to the frontline for my clients. Quality hiring means quality employees, and quality employees mean higher profits, better efficiency, and workplace harmony.
