Products & Services

When a cookie-cutter defense just won't cut it, we are here and we understand. The McShane Firm's creative, aggressive, fearless approach leaves no stone unturned. We get results. We have proven track record of hearing our favorite two words - NOT GUILTY! We are insistent, persistent and employ a dogged approach towards demanding discovery that unearths the government's buried secrets. If the trial comes, then the government is the one with reason to fear: the McShane Firm's rate of successful defense is unheard of in this field of practice. Winning is what we do.

As a matter of course, we are ready to fight your case by ethically bombarding the government with extensive, meaningful and legitimate pre-trial motions, demonstrative evidence, photographs, witness testimony, videos, defense experts, essential cross-examination of the prosecution's witnesses, and of course, your testimony, if desired or necessary.

Robert Frost once said, "A jury consists of twelve persons chosen to decide who has the better lawyer." Just as you would not go to a podiatrist for brain surgery, don't trust your liberty, your life and your driver's license to an attorney who takes any old case that walks in the door. You deserve not just a good attorney, but rather the very best qualified attorney to help you. We are that attorney for you. It is ok to be selfish and demand the best! That is what we are.

“As an associate at The McShane Firm for the past eight months and serving as a law clerk for ten months prior to that, I can truly attest to the greatness that Attorney McShane syboloizes. Attorney McShane's clients come first and foremost as their lingering charges affect almost every aspect of their life. Attorney McShane realizes this, sometimes more so than the client he represents, and strives to achieve a righteous outcome with every matter he is involved in. This is especially so with DUI cases as he is hands down more knowledgeable than most experts in the field. Anyone charged with a DUI should feel extremely confident with having Attorney McShane on their side.”
  • Tim Barrouk's picture
“Attorney McShane is without a doubt the best DUI attorney in Pennsylvania. As a general rule, you find two distinct types of attorney's that are considered among the elite in their field. First, you will find the attorney that has a large amount of knowledge with regard to their specific area of practice. Second, you will find the attorney that has superior trial skills in the courtroom. It is extremely rare to find an attorney that has both. Attorney McShane is the exception to this rule. Attorney McShane has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things DUI related. He is the person that other attorney's go to with questions about the most recent case law, Standard Field Testing, blood alcohol testing, and all other matters DUI related. He takes this knowledge and combines it with his aggressive and highly effective courtroom style. This combination makes him the most effective DUI trial attorney that I have had the privilege of working with. ”
