About Jonathan Gulla

Educated at Southern Methodist University and the Real Estate Institute at Rice University, Jonathan Gulla obtained his GRI designation and launched a successful career as a realtor. Selling property in Texas and California, Jonathan Gulla earned recognition from colleagues, clients, and professional organizations for his superlative work. With an emphasis on the development and implementation of numerous marketing strategies, recruiting and training real estate agents, and acquiring new properties, Jonathan Gulla made a significant impact upon his employers. From 1980 to 1993, Jonathan Gulla generated fresh ideas and measurable results for various real estate companies. Recruited by H. L. Hunt to market resort property for Great Western Cities, Inc., Jonathan Gulla received two performance-based promotions due to high-volume sales. Operating first as Branch Manager, Jonathan Gulla soon became District Sales Manager with command of four separate offices. An effective leader, Jonathan Gulla brought more than 600 new agents to market the Great Western communities. Continuing on a steady path of outstanding sales, marketing, and recruitment, Jonathan Gulla joined the Dallas regional office of The Woodmoor Corporation, where he hired new employees and instituted programs that resulted in $50 million in annual sales. Centennial Homes soon recruited Jonathan Gulla to sell property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Holding the title of Salesperson of the Year for three consecutive years, Jonathan Gulla was honored by Centennial Homes with a lifetime appointment to HAB Million Dollar Club. Jonathan Gulla quickly rose through the ranks to become an executive at Great Southwest Homes & Commercial. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jonathan Gulla managed advertising and sales budgets, created new business strategies, and hired additional sales representatives. After selling off all properties managed by Great Southwest, Jonathan Gulla moved to Indian Wells, California, to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Desert Horizons Country Club. Jonathan Gulla accomplished sales of all residential properties for Desert Horizons within one yearâ??s time, outpacing the target goal of two years. A recipient of the McSAM Award for sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area, Jonathan Gulla also gained membership to the Sales and Marketing Council of the Dallas Chapter of the Home and Apartment Builders Association. Retiring from the real estate industry in 1993, Jonathan Gulla moved into numerous executive positions at a wide range of dynamic companies. Jonathan Gulla currently serves as North American Director of Training for DubLi.com.
