For over 11 years, the focus of my work has been on the design, development and implementation of operational best practices that incorporate the objectives of the Lean Enterprise without capital expense.  I have accomplished this by leading complex, high-stakes quality & process improvement teams and providing clear, performance-oriented leadership for a variety of cross-functional departments.  By working
with client management to develop the people, systems and processes that underpin their long-term objectives, we can change behavior to create consistent, sustainable, bottom-line results.
