Pierre Bertrand has served Pfizer at many levels and capacities. The year before assuming his Marketing Directorship, Pierre S. Bertrand was the Director of Pfizer's POWERS Regional Strategy team. In this position, Pierre Bertrand served as a Strategic consultant to the Regional Managers with differential resourcing and business planning. Bertrand also analyzed and leveraged dynamic opportunities, including the Medicare Part D value initiative, allowing a greater number of customers affordable medicine. For three years, Pierre Bertrand worked for New York based Pfizer Animal Health as Senior Marketing Manager for U.S. Cattle Biologicals. Pierre Bertrand's accomplishments there included stimulating calf preconditioning program SelectVAC's enrollment by over 300% and leading the Cow-Calf segment, which realized revenues surpassing 150 million dollars. Bertrand is the two-time recipient of the Best of NAMA and the PAH Innovation Awards. Pierre Bertrand also won awards for National Multi-Media Campaign, SelectVAC, and PAH Brand Stewardship.
Pierre S. Bertrand graduated from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. Bertrand obtained an M.B.A. with a focus on Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.
Pierre Bertrand invests his free time in various sports, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and swimming. He also enjoys reading the writings of Malcolm Gladwell and Stephen King.
